One night a year, the dance floor gets a little… stranger.
Dust off your dancing shoes, raid the costume cupboard, and join us for The Swing Era’s annual Halloween Swing Dance – an evening packed with fantastic music, great company and just the right amount of spooky silliness.
Whether you arrive as a glamorous 1940s movie star, a zombie gangster, a swingin’ skeleton, Wednesday Addams, Dracula, a ghostly flapper or simply throw on a pair of vampire fangs, we’d love to see you embrace the fun. Costumes aren’t compulsory… but they’re highly encouraged!
Expect:
• A dance floor full of brilliantly creative costumes.
• Non-stop swing music from our Swing Era DJs.
• A spooky taster lesson with Sylvia & Yohan at the start of the night.
• Plenty of social dancing from start to finish.
• A relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
• A few prizes for our favourite costumes (because someone has to be crowned King or Queen of the Spookeasy!).
No tricks—just treats, great music, and one of the friendliest swing dance communities around.
