Description
Celebrate the festive season with The Swing Era at our annual Christmas Swing Dance! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or have never tried swing before, everyone is welcome.
We'll kick off the evening with a fun beginner taster class before filling the dance floor with festive swing tunes, social dancing and plenty of Christmas cheer.
Dig out your favourite Christmas outfit—whether it's a classy festive look, a vintage holiday dress, a Christmas shirt, or the world's most outrageous Christmas jumper. Dressing up isn't essential, but it definitely adds to the fun!
Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great music, friendly faces and an evening full of dancing, laughter and holiday spirit.
Bring your friends or come along solo—we'll make sure you feel right at home.

Join our teachers and start off your journey into Lindy Hop with a solid foundation. Learning how to Lead or Follow, we'll teach all of the basic, core skills and help you to dance with confidence.
You will need to have completed at least 2 rounds of the 6 week Fundamentals course to join this group where the teachers will continue building your repertoire, skills and confidence on the dance floor.
You will need to have completed at least 3 rounds of the 6 week Improvers course to join this group where the teachers will continue building your repertoire, skills and confidence on the dance floor.
Join The Swing Era's annual Halloween swing dance for a spooky night of costumes, social dancing, a beginner taster lesson, great music and prizes. Costumes encouraged, all welcome—come solo or with friends for a frightfully fun evening!
